NOTICE
All candidates should please note:
1. If they have not yet completed their internship but are expected to do so by the date of counselling & admission, a bonafide certificate should be submitted/uploaded as per the given format Download Format

2. Regarding the undertaking, the spaces for Category, MPT Course stream and Round of Counselling may be left blank and after filling the remaining details, the undertaking form should be uploaded.
