    1. Introduction

    This Refund and Cancellation Policy is published in accordance with Government of India guidelines to ensure transparency, accountability, and clarity in financial transactions undertaken through PDUNIPPD. The policy applies to all payments made towards admissions, courses, training programmes, or any other services offered by the Institute.

    2. Payment of Fees

    • All fees shall be paid within the timelines prescribed by the Institute and communicated through official notifications.
    • Payments shall be made through authorized payment modes as specified on the official website.
    • Delayed payments may attract penalties or late fees as per Institute norms.
    • Non-payment of dues within the stipulated period may result in suspension or withdrawal of services, subject to applicable rules.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    • Requests for cancellation of admission, registration, or any service must be submitted in writing through official communication channels or as prescribed by the Institute.
    • Cancellation requests shall be considered only if submitted within the timeframe specified in the relevant admission or programme guidelines.
    • The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request based on applicable rules and circumstances.

    4. Refund Policy

    • Refunds shall be processed only upon approval by the competent authority of the Institute.
    • Eligible refunds shall be credited through the original mode of payment, wherever feasible.
    • The processing time for refunds shall normally be 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
    • Administrative, processing, or convenience charges, if any, shall not be refunded.

    5. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • Fees once paid shall generally not be refunded after commencement of the academic session or training programme.
    • In case of voluntary withdrawal after commencement, the participant may be liable to pay the full fee for the entire duration of the programme.
    • Any other conditions as notified in programme-specific guidelines shall apply.

    6. Discretion of the Institute

    All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations shall be taken by the competent authority of PDUNIPPD and shall be final and binding. Exceptional cases, if any, shall be examined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Government rules.

    7. Grievance Redressal

    Any grievance related to refund or cancellation may be addressed to the designated Grievance Officer of the Institute through the official contact channels उपलब्ध on the website. The Institute shall make reasonable efforts to resolve such grievances in a time-bound manner in accordance with applicable norms.

    8. Policy Review and Amendment

    PDUNIPPD reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the official website.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.
